The newly evolved Soma Anima Arts (evolving from Kinesis Dance somatheatro) performed their work in progress, Bright Shadow, for Dance in Vancouver (DIV) on Sunday, November 24. From the Dance Centre’s site: “Bright Shadow is an interdisciplinary exploration of utopia and dystopia, expressed through contemporary dance, live music and interactive technology. The project illuminates humanity’s potential, asking, “What world do we hope to build?” It inspires hope, inviting audiences to envision and embody a more compassionate and peaceful world amid the chaos of today.”.
